Our first space opened October 2025, now March 2025 we are finishing an expansion in the same building. Join us to Soothe your Body & Mind. Our 3 rooms offer group events, private sessions & private event space. Come as you are whether it be a Sound Bath or Yoga. We have ALL the extras waiting for you :)

Our small group room offers hammocks, comfy lounges. For floor comfort we have yoga mats, sheepskins, extra back padding & knee bolsters. To make your visit complete we have: pillows, weighted eye mask, blankets, palm stones and more. Some classes feature warm weighted stone sacks and chocolate. Contact us to schedule your private event!

Location: 22660 Washington St in Leonardtown. We are on the 2nd floor above the Arts Council, next to Town Hall & across the street from Marie & Nash. Parking on the street works for most events. There’s extra public parking behind the building.
Meeting Point: Side front door entrance & rear upstairs entrance will be unlocked 15 min before start time. Look for our yard flag near the Blue Heron statue of front entry door. Our studio is upstairs. Questions text 301-659-3198. Doors lock at start time.
